How is dealer pricing structured?
Slab-wise, so the rate improves as your volume moves up the slab. You buy from the manufacturer rather than through a trading layer, and your margin is protected in your territory.
Who settles a warranty claim?
We do. InnovaEDGE and InnovaMAX framed modules carry a 10-year product warranty and a 25-year performance warranty, terms and conditions apply, honoured directly by the plant that built the module. No claim goes into a queue overseas.
Do you supply marketing material?
Yes, at no cost. Soft copies of datasheets, test reports, product photos and ready-to-post marketing creatives, refreshed as the range changes.
Will you help me size a system for my customer?
