How long has Innovative Solar Solutions been making solar modules?
Innovative has been in the solar industry since 1998 and has been manufacturing its own modules in Bengaluru since 2014.
Where is the factory?

Who do you supply?
Dealers and distributors, EPC contractors, institutional and government buyers, businesses and export customers.
The products
What is the difference between InnovaEDGE and InnovaMAX?
InnovaEDGE is a 12V-class line from 40Wp to 335Wp built for battery charging and small off-grid systems. InnovaMAX is a 24V-class line from 200Wp to 630Wp built for rooftop arrays, hybrid systems and larger projects. Both use N-type TopCon cells and both are made on the same line in Bengaluru.
What cell technology do you use?
N-type TopCon across the range.
Can I get a module built to a size that is not in the catalogue?
Yes, through InnovaFlex. Semi-flexible modules are made to order in the wattage and dimensions you need, up to 500Wp, against a specified minimum order quantity.
Do you publish full electrical specifications?
Electrical and mechanical data is issued per wattage on the product datasheet. We publish figures from our test records rather than estimates, so ask for the datasheet for the wattage you are quoting.
Warranty
What warranty do the framed modules carry?
InnovaEDGE and InnovaMAX framed modules carry a 10-year product warranty and a 25-year performance warranty. Terms and conditions apply.
Does InnovaFlex carry the same warranty?
No. InnovaFlex carries a limited warranty as per the applicable product specification and warranty terms, issued in writing with the quotation. It does not carry the 10-year product and 25-year performance warranty that applies to the framed modules.
Who settles a warranty claim?
The plant that built the module, in Bengaluru. No claim goes into a queue overseas and your customer is not asked to ship a panel out of the country.
Buying and dealing
What is the minimum order quantity?
Dealer orders start at a volume that suits your pipeline, and mixed wattages are accepted in a single load. The exact MOQ is issued against your territory along with your price list.
How is dealer pricing structured?
Slab-wise, so the rate improves as your volume moves up the slab, with your margin protected in your territory.
Do you sell directly to end customers?
We supply modules, complete balance of system, and turnkey EPC projects. Where you have a dealer in your area we will usually route you through them.
Will you help size a system for my customer?
Yes. Array, battery and controller sizing gets worked out with you while the customer is still on the phone, so you can quote the same day.
Exports
Do you export?
Yes, direct from the Bengaluru plant. IEC documentation, packing lists, invoices and certificates of origin are prepared in-house, and modules are packed on sea-worthy pallets and in cartons built for container loading.
Can modules be built to our market's requirements?
Yes. Wattage, dimensions, labelling and connectors can be built to your market's requirement.
