Information on this site

Product information, wattages and applications published here describe our current range and are kept up to date to the best of our ability. Electrical and mechanical specifications are issued on the product datasheet for each wattage; where a specification is not published on this site it should be requested rather than assumed.

Quotations and orders

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell at a stated price. Prices, minimum order quantities, lead times and availability are confirmed in a written quotation issued against your enquiry, and orders are accepted subject to our order confirmation.

Warranty

InnovaEDGE and InnovaMAX framed modules carry a 10-year product warranty and a 25-year performance warranty, subject to the warranty terms issued with the product. InnovaFlex carries a limited warranty as per the applicable product specification and warranty terms. The written warranty document issued with the goods governs in all cases.

Intellectual property

The Innovative name and logo, the InnovaEDGE, InnovaMAX and InnovaFlex marks, and the text and images on this site belong to Innovative Solar Solutions. Dealers may use the marketing material we supply for the purpose of selling our products.

Liability

We take care over the information published here but do not accept liability for loss arising from reliance on general information where a project-specific specification should have been obtained.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
